Aksen Journal of Contemporary Family Law (AJCFL) applies a transparent publication fee policy to support the editorial, peer-review management, copyediting, layout, digital publication, website maintenance, archiving, and dissemination of published scholarly works. Authors are encouraged to review the following fee structure before submitting a manuscript.
No fee is charged for submitting a manuscript to AJCFL.
Optional service for authors requesting priority handling of the review process.
Payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.
AJCFL does not charge a manuscript submission fee. Authors may submit manuscripts for preliminary editorial assessment without payment. Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee that it will proceed to peer review or be accepted for publication.
Authors may optionally request the Fast Track Review service. The Fast Track fee is intended to support priority administrative handling and accelerated coordination of the peer-review process, subject to the availability of appropriate reviewers.
Fast Track Review does not alter the journal's academic standards, peer-review criteria, reviewer independence, or editorial decision-making process. Payment of the Fast Track fee does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
Authors whose manuscripts have been formally accepted for publication are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of Rp 750.000.
The APC contributes to the costs associated with editorial administration, manuscript processing, copyediting, layout and production, online publication, website and journal-system maintenance, digital preservation, and dissemination of published articles.

Articles published in AJCFL are made openly accessible to readers in accordance with the journal's Open Access and Copyright & Licensing policies. Readers are not required to pay subscription or access fees to read published articles on the journal website.
Payment of any publication-related charge does not influence the scholarly assessment of a manuscript. Acceptance decisions are based on editorial evaluation, independent peer review, scholarly quality, originality, relevance to the journal's scope, and compliance with AJCFL's publication ethics and research integrity standards.
Authors should make payments only according to official instructions issued through the AJCFL editorial office or the journal's official submission system. Authors are advised not to transfer publication fees to personal accounts or to any party not officially authorized by the journal.
